Living in England, I've not been able to get as far as I would like with the tree, and so have to say that the work my cousin (living in Ireland) has done following up on parish records etc. has been invaluable. Without her the family tree would be at a complete standstill.
One last thing I should mention... I've been told by family members that there was some confusion to the spelling of the McDonnell surname. Within the family some of them had on their birth certificates McDonald.
